Fiscal Year 2024 Year-End Subcontract Reporting Has Been Extended

Increased reporting requirements have expanded the workload for contractors, particularly due to the need for order-level subcontract reporting for multi-agency contracts and the fact that ordering agencies are now receiving subcontracting credit. To accommodate this increased burden, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has granted a 15-day extension for contractors to submit their year-end Individual Subcontract Reports and Summary Subcontract Reports.

This extension also applies to the time frame for agencies to review and accept or reject these reports. The new deadline for FY 2024 year-end reporting has been moved to November 15, allowing contractors additional time to fulfill their reporting obligations while ensuring that agencies have sufficient time to assess the submissions.

Put GSA’s Emergency-Acquisition Basic Ordering Agreements to Work for You

  • Cover a wide range of products and services – from emergency supplies and temporary housing to infrastructure repair and communication systems
