GSA Fleet Program Expands Offerings, Supports Navy Overseas
GSA Fleet supports customers worldwide through our vehicle-leasing program. Now, customers can purchase vehicles directly from GSA Fleet’s contract in Europe, Japan, Africa, and the Middle East. These vehicles are available for ordering through the GSA Fleet website.
This new contract expands our offerings to include more than 100 new 2024 vehicles – including 17 zero-emission vehicles – for Europe, Japan, Africa, and the Middle East. On average, the new vehicles are 18% below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price.
This expansion is already having an effect overseas. The Navy’s leased inventory in Japan is undergoing a significant upgrade with the acquisition of 300 vehicles. Additionally, GSA Fleet will also use this newly awarded contract to purchase and upgrade more than 400 vehicles for the Navy during the next several years in Bahrain.
GSA continues to broaden its offerings and provide excellent service.

OASIS+ Offers Next-Generation Professional Services Solutions
One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multiple-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions.
OASIS+ represents a bold step by GSA to innovate on the successes and opportunities gleaned from the OASIS program over the years. Drawing on these learnings, we’re building a more-robust suite of indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the next generation of professional-services solutions, which will be flexible enough to meet federal customers’ increasingly complex requirements.
OASIS+ will:
- Fulfill federal agencies’ non-IT services requirements
- Expand access to Best-in-Class non-IT service contracts
- Encourage competition among services contractors
- Maximize small business participation
We’re offering training sessions to help agencies make the transition from the legacy OASIS program.
